What does error "Connect Failed " mean on a Hexing split meter?


Answer:

The keypad cannot communicate with the meter from where it is plugged in currently. 


Solution:

1. Try an alternate plug point closest to your distribution board (DB) 

2. Ensure that the keypad is plugged straight into a wall socket and not via a multi plug or extension cord.

3. Check that the property has power coming in via the main supply.
