Question:

• When will I receive my payout for the prepaid meters?

Answer:

• Revenue collection period is from the 26th to the 25th of each month.
• Payouts are paid on the last working date of the month.
• The payment reference in your bank account starts with the letters PPM and ends with either:
  • Your Customer Branch Code, or
  • Your customised requested reference.
