What is the refund process if I am not a customer and made an incorrect token payment?


Answer

1. The proof of payment in notification or bank statement format will need to be forwarded to us by email.

2. Refund Payments are processed every Friday except the last week of the month

3. Cut off to submit documents for a refund is by no later than the Wednesday of each week except the last week of the             month.  

4. A minimum bank charge is applicable for the refund.
