I paid into your ABSA Cheque account instead of the token account, how do I redeem my token?
Answer
1. No token can be generated if payment is processed into our Cheque Account.
2. This is to be refunded back to you to then vend through the correct token account.
3. Refunds are processed every Friday except the last week of the month.
4. The refund documents required must be provided to us by no later than each Wednesday except the last week of the month
5. A bank charge is applicable.
Solution
1. Your proof of payment, your bank confirmation letter, and the attached refund form need to be completed and signed.
