How do I return stock I purchased but no longer need?
Answer
1. The cooling-off period for all stock returns is 7 working days from purchase.
2. If the stock is with you, it needs to be returned to the company in the original condition that it was received.
2.1 Arrangements must be made between yourself and your sales person concerned.
3. Refunds are processed every Friday except the last week of the month.
3.1 Cut off to submit documents for a refund is by no later than the Wednesday of each week except the last week of the month.
4. A handling fee for stock returned is applicable.
