- How to proceed?

- Our online merchant facility is provided by a third party.
- It can happen that a transaction is cancelled on the front end due to a time out; amongst other reasons.
- If this happens but the transaction is deducted from your card, we will be notified.
- At your choice and we will either:
- Refund your card, or
- Generate a token for the amount
