  • Generally, there is no charge for having a meter tested.
  • Courier or shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • All tests produce a findings report.
  • Replacements are decided on a case-by-case basis.
  • Manufacturing defects within manufacturers warranty period are replaced free of charge.
  • Other faults may be covered under our Extended Warranty and Maintenance Plan.
