- Generally, there is no charge for having a meter tested.
- Courier or shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- All tests produce a findings report.
- Replacements are decided on a case-by-case basis.
- Manufacturing defects within manufacturers warranty period are replaced free of charge.
- Other faults may be covered under our Extended Warranty and Maintenance Plan.
