- Once meters have been registered, how long does it take for a customer to receive their meters?
Answer:
- Meter orders are generally dispatch by courier service.
- Expect 2-3 business days depending on the following:
- The service chosen on the waybill
- The area we are dispatching to
- The availability of the customer once the package is en-route
- Once your meter/s has been registered and booked for dispatch, you will receive an email from the Field Services team with the waybill number for you to be able to track your parcel via our registered courier company website.
- If you have not received the email then can always contact our friendly support team to obtain your waybill number.
