Answer:
- Typically a technician would be dispatched the same day of the issue being reported.
- A maintenance and service plan booking would only be delayed in the following circumstances:
- Poor weather conditions as the technician would not be able to safely work outside.
- Meter issues reported after 18H00 on the current day, this will however be attended to the following day.
